I have ordered One sofa cumbed from wakefit furniture they delivered me the Damaged product I ask them to change the product they denied it and told me that they will repair the product and again delivered it to me so told them refund my money as I don't want Refurbished product as I have paid for New Product and ask them for refund they are telling me that they can't refund the amount as it is not in their policy.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
