I ordered a bed from Wakefit through Flipkart on *th June, ****. It was delivered on **th June and the installation also started that day, but the carpenter noticed a major missing part of the bed, due to which the installation was left incomplete. A complaint was registered the same day regarding this to Wakefit. Since then, the team from Wakefit is just delaying the resolution and asking me to wait for **-** hours again and again. It been ** days now and no proper update from Wakefit.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
