Godrej - Waiting from more than 15 days but the PUC of AC is not be replaced

Have purchased the Inverter AC of Godrej in the year ****.The company person suggested for AMC and we were convinced. So, we opt for AMC. Few days before AC didn't start so we called customer service center and after chasing them for * days the technician arrived on **/**/ ****. The technician concluded us that the PCB is not working. So, the PCB is to be replaced and from the very next day we are daily calling them for the aforesaid part to be replaced but till date there is no proper update regarding when the aforesaid part is going to be replaced. We even raised a complaint on their customer service portal. They suggested a person named Mr. Anil Vishwakarma ********** we called him too but he too didn't know. So, he shared another person's contact number Mr. Ranjan ********** we called him but the senario remains the same. We're still chasing them.
