Godrej - No cooperation from dealer great eastern Product breakdown refrigerator

Purchased Godrej eon valor refrigerator in November **** since then till now the refrigerator is not cooling and working properly. We have been trying to sort the problem since then but all polite efforts in vain. But now when are losing patience in approaching them both the dealer and the company toll free assistant are paying no heed. The dealer great Eastern from where we purchased the refrigerator is not cooperating and misbehaving ( Sanjib Mallick). Asking us to seek help in social media. The company sent a technician and is now asking us to change certain parts at the cost of ****/ approx. which we are reluctant to do. Kindly help.
