Hi All,
Jeevas is one of India's Top Fraud Company, which will never care to customers even if you had communication *** times either with voice and email communications.
I am suffering from the last *** days from claim to refund it gone through one of the touch faces which I ever overcame with other companies in my tenure.
After providing all the documents, the Claim was done to service the TV. they took *-* weeks and then the executive took *-* days to come for the service.
Then the executive damaged the working TV, except the vertical line it will displaying everything now nothing is showing up.
Later he told display panel needs to be changed, later no response from anyone and when I called the service engineer you need to check with the support team.
All evidence was sent to claims and extended warranty email-address.
When I checked with the support team. every executive gave the worst reply.
Later it was rejected, since VU Logo not visible.
The logo is visible, simply rejected for unknown reasons, later again a video was sent.
Again after some days they told **-** days I will take to get the display panel, so I waited, and later again they have cancelled without reason.
So the ticket was reopened and they sent a confirmation that it's unrepairable. so we are providing a refund.
Later again all the details were sent.
Then they send a refund email and I accepted.
After accepting they told they have to pick the TV and once after picking the TV it takes * days to credit the amount to the customer account.
So I accepted even without a receipt they have taken my TV, whereas online status was updated.
So even after taking back the TV, the refund is still not processed even after ** days.
When checked every executive will tell the same.

> Thanks for bringing this concern, we have highlighted and working on it.
You send an email, no fool will read emails, simply they will send the above templates, which will really make anyone angry.
Even spoke to Escalation Index, they give false promises.
Later after some days, the Confirmation team will call you to enquire whether service is done and everything is OK, without checking the ticket details. this will really bring more anger to anyone.

When I call customer care team, they said refund status is cancelled. since there is a mismatch with the Amount on **th Sep ****
Later on **th Sep, spoke to escalation index, they confirmed that this happened due to technical issues[Not a Technical issue its completely irresponsible on the job they are doing and also it is one of the option to postpone payment and also sometimes refund cancellation]. They are trying all kind of fraud technics to cheat me. whereas iam still fighting not only to me but for future customers who should not get cheated.
So now after long repeated communication, they have re-opened the ticket and again refund is in process.
* days time to get the credit, so iam waiting still to get the refund.
Important Tips for Future Customers,
> Try to record all calls you make it to Jeeves or any fraud company like this.
> What ever you spoke try to drop an email on the same for written communication
> Open a complaint ticket in Consumer Forum which is free of cost[Make sure to update details correctly]
> Try to lodge a complaint in Police Station if they crossed the TAT time, don't wait until you have written email communication and believe anything is voice communications.
> Try to get all call recordings and written communications updated and file a case and also send a notice to company[Jeeves] from your Advocate end.
If everything proves to be true, then you can not only claim jeeves refund also the interest+ Advocate and other charges which you have invested for this case.
Really as an Indian feel shame to see a Indian company like Jeeves.
So I am still fighting to get the refund back from the last * months.
Already had all types of communications with Flipkart.
If anyone can please suggest for a faster refund. it will be more helpful.
