We purchased a MI *x **-inch tv from Flipkart on **th Aug **** with two years extended warranty.
Our extended warranty is valid from Aug **, ****, to Aug **, ****. Our tv stopped working on *th Sep ****, and * service requests have been created in the last three months, but they couldn't repair the tv in these three months and are continuously dragging the issue & failed to provide a proper resolution. We have made several calls to both Flipkart and Jeeves. They are just sleeping on the issue raised and dining nothing.
