I have recharged my prepaid Vodafone no (**********) for an amount of Rs ***/- approximately. So from the recharge date onwards I am unable to send the outgoing messages and due to this I am unable to do my transactions with my mobile payments apps like: Phone Pay, Google Pay, Airtel Money app etc., as all the apps required outgoing messages. Due to the messages issue I have made the payments lately to my vendors, Friends, Family people. And its about nearly * months when I made the complaint to Vodafone and my validity is going to expire in next ** days. I have made the complaint to Vodafone appellate team as well and I have done all the possibilities that Vodafone technical team asked me to do that. Even local Vodafone store people itself not able to resolve my outgoing messages issue. So every time when I ask Vodafone team they are telling that it will be resolved in *-* days and after * days they are simply sending the mails and messages saying the issue was resolved and closed and they are doing this from last one month onwards. How come Vodafone is doing all the things without confirming me and still I am facing the outgoing messages issue. They are not at all considering/caring my issue. Hence I am requesting the Voxya to take a step ahead and resolve this issue and compensate on my loss with Vodafone.
