Cox and kings - Visa rejected due to cancelled tickets provided by cox and kings

We have booked European Glimpse package (**th Jul’** to **th Jul’** – Booking ID ******* and *******) through Cox and Kings on **th May’** and completed all the required payments as per terms and condition on **th May’**. Initially while booking we were told that Visa processing will start within a week. Once I make payment. Thereafter, we kept on following up for Visa procedure from Cox and Kings but there was no proper response from Visa agent.
We did a number of calls and messages then he sent us the document list and firstly he said we just need to send a scanned copy of documents and can take original documents along with us during Visa appointment. Thereafter he changed his words and asked us to send Visa documents by courier. Then On *th of June’** we were informed that our package was not operating as many travellers Visa were rejected in the package that was to depart on **th Jul’** and there were not enough passengers to operate the tour. They shifted our travel date to **nd Jul to *st Aug’** (Booking ID – ******* and *******).
On this we even questioned other passenger’s Visa procedure has been completed and for us, they even did not start anything yet and what if our Visa will also get rejected. To that, we were told that if there is no problem with our documents we won’t be facing any issues in Visa approvals.
Then we have sent him Visa documents on *th Jul’**, but Cox and King’s Visa agent Mr Nishit kept things lingering and on continuous follow up finally he booked our Visa appointment on **st Jun’**. On **st Jun’**, Cox and King’s Visa Agent Mr Nishith handed over the required booking voucher, tickets and other documents to us for Visa proceedings. To our surprise, while checking documents we came to know that the flights for which confirmation was taken from us and the flight which was booked and provided for visa approval were different.
To this, we even questioned Cox and King’s agent Mr Vishal Suthar that why were flight tickets different, but to that he said this we are supposed to submit provided ticket only for Visa process and that’s what we did, we proceeded with all the documents and submitted it to Visa office.
Then on *rd July’**, we received our passport along with Visa refusal letter from Embassy, same is attached herewith.
The reasons mentioned for refusal are:
*. The information submitted regarding the justification for the purpose and conditions of intended stay is non-reliable.
*. Reason to leave territory before visa expiry cannot be ascertained.
Following reasons are no way applicable to the documents submitted on our part. They are solely based on cox and kings documents part.
The tickets which were provided to us for visa application and tickets for our travel were different. Also on checking the flight ticket status of the one which was provided for Visa approval says reservation includes incomplete or cancelled flights. As the ticket was already in such state they had no proof of us going just for vacation and leaving territory before visa expiry and gave us above mentioned reasons for Visa refusal.
While booking package we also inquired if can process our visa on our own for which we were said it's mandatory to apply for a visa via cox and kings. Due to cancelled ticket provided by Cox and kings that this lag of documentation leads to our visa rejection.
Kindly note that none of the documents was missing nor we have taken any actions which can lead to visa rejection. Hence it can be concluded that there was a lag in cox and kings manifest error or documents. We have already sent email to cox and kings thrice but there is no reply from them. Even they have not informed us anything about what happened to our booking, what about our money which is with them. It is really painful for us that due to their mistake Our visa got rejected and which has raised a question mark on our credibility without any mistake from our side and in addition to that our money is blocked and we had to cancel all our trip plans.
We have already asked cox and kings to settle the matter by rescheduling our trip within * months but to that also there is no reply from there side. Request you to look into the matter.
