Sitesh Majumdar filed complaint against Cox and kings on Feb 13, 2020
My uncle has booked the tour from cox and kings and had already paid the full amount. However Cox and Kings cancelled it stating that won't be able to do the tour and will refund the money. However its been over * months, they have neither responded nor refunded the amount.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
