- Vi illegally ported out to other service without UPC Open

I wanted to port to a different service service provider
But Vi was not generating UPC for my number
After continuous mail complaints and discussion with customer care
They did not fix the UPC ISSUE THEY are saying they DIRECTLY ported it to Jio without UPC and without my concent
So I do not have any network for my number and I do not know how did they port without upc?
