- Very poor Service by BSNL Fiber Open
The phone number is out of order since inception while the broadband is working with frequently los and bad service turn around time and there is no delay in bills from my end.
I have been in continuous conversation with the vendor and taking followups since last two months, also informed to the incharge of fiber at BSNL office Dholpur. There is no resolution till ** July. Looking forward to get some help from second level of grievances redressal. Already booked complain on *** docket number is **********.
also the complain booking number *********** they always put me on hold and then disconnect the calls.
The self care portal is also do not works saying " the landline details are incorrect" while i have been filling bills for the same landline number since last *+ months.
