Hi,
Customer care executive called me to my landline and asked me to send a SMS (BVAS to *****) so that our landline complaints can be raised via mobile.
As soon as i sent him the message, he cut the call and when i saw the message it was like VAS has been activated and *** will be deducted in total as part of * services.
I have filed a complaint in customer care (but no response).
The customer care number is ringing but no answers.
Same thing has happened in India from July **** but no action has been taken by BSNL.
Please deactivate the VAS from my landline
