- Very long time for product replacement Closed

Hello Team,
I am writing this for my current order i.e. Motorola ** inch tv order ID - OD******************, which took * days to deliver but taking ** days for replacement even when it was delivered faulty and the replacement was placed by Flipkart executive came for installation.
There is no room for any reason for this very long replacement duration
Tv delivery max duration was * days even it was delivered before that but now replacement taking *X time and Flipkart customer support center is not able to give any reason for this( even logically there is no reason).
Possible solution which Flipkart can perform
*. Even if Flipkart refund me and I will place a new order then also it will come within a week
*. Even if new delivery placed today come to my home and this faulty item can be picked on same day
*. When the fault is not of customer but of Flipkart/logistic team/delivery team or seller then in this case, Flipkart should take the case in priority and make it done as fast it can
