TVS Apache - Vehicle sold has manufacturing deffects Service

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing today to complain about my TVS apache *** *V EFI (reg.no HR ** BZ ****) that I purchased on * Oct'**** from OM TVS. I am complaining against Manufacturing defect & the unsatisfactory service experience of my bike. There are a few issues which I have been facing from the day I have purchased this. Engine is getting jerky sometimes while it runs under **-** km-ph which was already shared to the OM TVS service center (Faridabad) multiple times but they are unable to resolve this & because of this issue I met with an accident * months back. There were few bike parts that got damaged in this accident. Then my bike was given for insurance in the OM TVS - Faridabad service center on **st Jul '**** & got my bike back to me on ** Aug'****. After i got it back from them I noticed some oil leakage from the head of the engine part. On a recent service (** Sep'**** - OM TVS - Faridabad) I have complained about this & they ignored it by just saying it is just dust , nothing else. They even did not check it completely (even i have forced them to check this clearly). After returning home, I cleaned the oil from the surface of the engine by using a cleaner to check whether it was oil or dust. After a day of using my bike I realized that it was actually the oil which was leaking from the head of the engine part. One more thing I am noticing is a different noise (like i am riding a tractor) coming from the engine after recent service. It's been almost a month of complaint ,Still did not get any resolution. This is the worst service experience I have ever had. I think it would be a better choice to buy an Atlas cycle instead of this performance bike. I spent all my savings to buy this bike which is now standing like a showpiece in my home, such a boiling of blood. There multiple scenarios which i have already faced like this in the past* years but now this is water over head. Still Hoping to get a better resolution to my problems.
