This is regarding my recent air cooler order. When I had received my product, I found that cooler fan is not working. I raised a complain within * min of my order delivery that cooler fan is not working. I was told that technician will visit and review the issue. Now today when technician had visited my house, he said that I have received old used product. Flipkart has sent old and defective product to my home.
When I discussed this issue with customer care team, they said that I am Flipkart plus member so my concern will be resolved quickly. Even after my discussion and mail to Flipkart, no action was taken & my product replacement was cancelled.
When I discussed with customer care again regarding replacement cancellation, then they said that they have some issue with system so it got spontaneously cancelled. Now they have made replacement date which is maximum by *th July. I had ordered this product on **th June and my replacement product will be delivered by *th July ( I mean approx after * month ).
First they send defective and faulty product and when u ask for refund, they start harassing customers.
