Symphony - Service not provided more than 10 days over

I have purchase symphony air cooler on March ** by Amazon. It has a *-year service warranty and within ** days cooler stopped working. I registered a complaint on April ** online. But I called to customer care more than * times but no response and they are not provided service person till date my complaint number is BL***********. Please kindly take necessary action about them.
