Symphony - Product issue

I purchased a symphony cooler on **th April from Vijay sales. In this time period cooler is repaired by the technician * times but my problem for water leakage is still not resolved. I need my money back or replacement for this air cooler. I can't tolerate this cooler anymore. At my home, there are the marks of water stick on the floor.
