Nariya Bhavesh Jamanbhai filed complaint against Hathway boradband on Oct 31, 2019
I was having hathway broadband connection a year ago and after plan expired, I have stopped using and not renewed.
They are calling me for offers and asking me reasons to stop using it since few months. I asked them to stop calling me for this as I don't want to use their services again.
But they are continue irritating and I am having calls and SMS every day during my job time.
I have also submiited/returned router of connection I closed and agent have given me surety that they will not call me or send me any ad SMS but it continues as it was.
I am really very tired of these things and lost focus many times in my important job. I am software engineer.
Please help me
