Rustam N filed complaint against Hathway boradband on Jun 16, 2020
Connection of my broad band customer account no ********** , Kolkata city is still down. Complaint via twitter and mailed * reminders to their MD, however no resolution till date. These is a prepaid connection and bills are paid quaterly. Non of the customer care nos are reachable nor anyone from Hathway is helping in closing the issue.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
