Hathway boradband - No internet connection after new installation

We have installed hathway broadband last week. They have only taken money but there is no internet connection since installation.. everytime we call them (Vikas and Ashish) they will say they will get back but nothing has been done. Thier service is horrible and its a big mistake taking it.
