My internet connection keeps on disconnecting. I'm raising complaints almost daily, but excitel is not resolving the issue. Whenever I call customer care, they tell it will be resolved ASAP , but nothing happens. Whenever I call the guy who installed excitel connection in our area, he never picks up the call. Such junk service they are providing. And since I have prepaid connection, they tell they can't return my money , even though they are not providing the service they promised.
