- Unsolicited SMS from SAVAARI/MakeMyTrip Open
From the past few months, I have been constantly getting **+ SMS on a daily basis for CAB bookings from Savaari on my mobile number. When I called up Savaari they informed me that these SMSs are generated for the cab bookings done through Make My Trip. These bookings are done by somebody else and I have nothing to do with these. I do not know why these SMSs are sent to my mobile number.
I have been trying to reach MakeMyTrip customer care which is really pathetic. There is no email ID available. The customer care numbers don't have any option to speak to customer care. The chatbot is of no use.
Recent SMS I got is as below
"SLCAST ID: *******, NEW BOOKING: To Bhimashankar for Ertiga on **-**-** at *:** AM for * day and ***
km. Pickup: ** *, Cid Colony, Rahatani, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra ******, India. Cash to collect Rs. ****.** and any extras directly. FWD NOW to **********."
