Savaari.com - Pathetic Service from Online Car Rental Service

I was travelling with my wife, senior citizen parents and two kids and had booked a suv cab through savaari for a tour in Agra and The service was worst than i had ever imagined. I had payed advance amount as requested by the company. But, the car arrived ** mins late, with broken windshield, non-functional ac, broken side mirrors, unhygienic condition inside the care with stains of mud and paan all over. Also the driver was asking extra money for diesel and late charges (actually, we where not late). The driver had asked us to vacate the car and move out of the car in the middle of the road. We where stranded on the highway for some time. It was complete harassment. I had given a call to customer care and no senior person was ready to be online and take responsibility. I had to missed my sight seeing, because of the mess created by savaari.com
They had offered me an refund of Rs. ***, which i had denied (i have a mail copy regarding the same), still they refunded the amount. Actually i want my complete amount refunded.
