This is regarding the booking I did on **th Jan, **** around *:** - * PM from Bangalore to Pondicherry to and from on **th Jan. I paid the **% of total amount on that day itself and somehow i did get booking confirmation with no Booking ID. In my Savaari account there was no upcoming ride either. Now the only proof I have with me is the Mobikwik statement that the payment indeed happened.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
