Subject: Urgent: Unresolved Complaint and Lack of Response - Imme
I am writing to you as a deeply frustrated customer regarding the woeful lack of response and action from LG's service center. Despite my repeated attempts to seek resolution for a complaint lodged over a month ago, I have yet to receive any meaningful assistance.
My initial complaint (RNP************) was registered on June **th, yet no engineer has visited my address to address the issue. I have made numerous calls to the service center, only to be met with empty promises of escalation and subsequent inaction.
The escalation numbers, VCP************ and VCP************, have similarly yielded no tangible results. Each call to the service center ends in assurances that are never fulfilled, leaving me without the support I urgently need.
As a loyal customer of LG, I am disheartened by this disregard for customer service and am left with no choice but to escalate this matter directly to you. I kindly request your immediate intervention to resolve this issue. It is my sincere hope that this matter will be handled with the urgency and seriousness it warrants.
I look forward to your prompt response and a swift resolution to this matter
