On September **, I placed an order on LG.com for a product worth around ₹**,***, under the assurance and influence of LG's own sales or marketing employee during a voice call throughout the process. The product was initially showing a delivery date of September **, which was also confirmed by the sales representative, Vineet. However, when I checked the status, it was marked as "waiting for pickup," and by September **, it had changed to "item being packed." Today is October *, and I have not received any updates on my order. Every day, the team has been misleading me with false excuses and is now asking me to cancel the order. Since this is an EMI purchase, canceling would mean I have to bear all the bank and EMI cancellation charges, which LG is failing to address. I have sent dozens of emails and made numerous calls to customer support and the dedicated team, yet the issue remains unresolved.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
