I was follow up on a complaint I registered ** days ago, with the reference number RNP************, which has yet to be resolved.
My entire family, including my baby, is currently wearing wet clothes due to the malfunction of our washing machine. The cloudy weather has made it impossible for our clothes to dry properly, and I am deeply concerned about the potential health risks this situation poses.
When I purchased the washing machine, I opted for a higher-end model expecting reliable performance and excellent customer service from LG. However, my experience thus far has been disappointing. Despite multiple calls to the service center, I have only been told that my case is pending and that I would receive a callback, which has not happened.
I am extremely frustrated with this lack of resolution from such a reputable brand as LG. I kindly request immediate assistance to resolve this issue. If the necessary parts are not available, I would appreciate it if you could provide a temporary replacement until the machine is fixed.
