- Unresolved Billing Issue and Subscription Cancellation Request for Airtel XStream Open
I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding an ongoing billing issue with my Airtel XStream subscription. Despite having unsubscribed from the Airtel XStream service last month, I have received three invoices this month, each for INR ***, erroneously charging me for the premium service that I no longer use.

I have previously attempted to resolve this issue through your customer support channels, but have not received a satisfactory response. Additionally, I have found no option to cancel the subscription through the Airtel XStream app, which is concerning and inconvenient.
This situation is not only causing financial inconvenience but also raises concerns about the efficacy of your subscription management and customer service response. I request the following actions to be taken immediately:
*. Refund of Unauthorized Charges: A total refund of INR *** for the invoices generated after my subscription cancellation.
*. Confirmation of Subscription Cancellation: A written confirmation that my Airtel XStream subscription has been canceled and that no further charges will be incurred.
Please treat this matter with urgency, as it has caused undue stress and inconvenience. I expect a prompt response with a resolution to this issue. Failure to address this complaint satisfactorily may force me to seek alternative measures, including but not limited to, escalating the matter to consumer protection agencies.
