Bajaj Finance - Unrealistic ForeClosure Charge

I took a flexi loan in **** because I anticipated I might need it for buying a land.
Bajaj Finance [BF] agent told me that there is a processing fee and I can close the account any time that I want. He didn't tell me that there is a foreclosure charge. [I will ignore this for the time being]

Now, processing fees makes sense.
But for the account maintenance they charge me *.*K every year. Agent didn't tell me about this as well. [Let me ignore this as well] I happily paid my last account maintenance charge as nothing is free. I was okay with it.

Now, even though I anticipated. I could never end up buying a land. And as a result, I never utilized the loan amount sanctioned.

I have already paid around **,*** on */*/**** which was the processing fees. And **** on **/**/**** which was AMC fees. So I have paid a total of **,*** for an account and I never used the money.

Now since I don't need the money anymore, I wanted to apply for the account closure. Now in any loan, the closure amount charges are paid on top of the remaining principal amount and not the sanctioned amount. BF is asking for closure charges on the sanctioned amount.[*%]

My sanctioned amount is **L, so now I am being asked to pay **K. I mean why?
Why should I pay closure charges on the sanctioned amount when there is no outstanding principal?

I think this is totally unjust and malpractice on behalf of Bajaj Finance and its agents. Your agent, hide the foreclosure charge information.

I also reached out to the BF grievances redressal but no one helped. I have attached my Account statement, Repayment Schedule and Foreclosure document to this.

I don't see a reason why I should pay BF *L Rupees [**K Earlier + **K foreclosure] for no reason.
