amit filed complaint against Bajaj Finance on Dec 22, 2021
Brief of the issue: I applied for the loan *th Dec**, due to urgency of funds, shared all the documents on time but Bajaj sales delayed to verify the artifacts.
During that period my fund issues has resolved and I asked Bajaj Sales and disbursal team DON’T Process the loan **th Dec** and Mr. Brijesh & Deepak assured me that they will not disburse the amount without my confirmation, but forced me to just complete the formality of agreements and documents verifications to complete the process otherwise they may can not close file and I may bare the consequences.
As soon as they received my documents, immediately they transferred the amount to my a/c intentionally on **th Dec** and later saying you signed the consent so we are authorized to transferred the amount it does not matter you denied over mail or so.
That means there is no value of customers confirmation? Agreement is just to accept terms and conditions but till the time of disbursal customer confirmation should be on priority. Isn’t it.
This is a clear FRAUD and Harassments done by them in my opinion. I am raising it to Bajaj Ombudsmen but till now no progress.
I would like to raise a concern and request you to please help me to resolve this issue and cancel the loan ac.
