Bajaj Finance - Want back charges amount apply to me

I buy panasonic TV on Bajaj finance loan. In that tv I took * year extra waranty on my tv but Bajaj finance added * years warranty for my tv. Which means * year extra waranty without informing me. And start charging on that. So I tried all possible ways to cancel my extra waranty but nothing works.i went to Bajaj finance office *-* times , complent at customer support mail and contact to customer care number but all was useless. So they dont leave any option for me. So I bounce my emi to get to focus on my issue. After that so many complaints n tweets they refund my waranty amount which they charge from me. But it's just a half amount what I expect. They need to give back my bounce charges also becouse they haven't leave any option to me. Total amount is ****₹.
