This is for Jawa for their unprofessional, negligent, time consuming and traumatic customer service. My bike was damaged in an accident so I gave it to T* riders, Mahavir enclave to get it repaired under insurance on Sep **. I use my bike to commute to my office which is situated in Gurugram and I live in Dwarka mor. There is no direct public transport so it is much more inconvenient and time consuming for me. I’m spending around * hours on public transport going to and fro. And by bike it just takes * hour in total. And currently I’m studying simultaneously as well. I’m in the final yr of my graduation and preparing for CDS exam. This is the peak time of my career so literally they have no clue how deeply my time is precious, valuable and full of quality.
I didn’t get any proper and timely updates from their staff. Initially I faced communicative and unprofessional issues so I had to contact Jawa customer support just to get the estimate bill of repair. After getting the approval for insurance it’d been ** days already but still I was not in the possession of my bike. I had to reach out to customer support again for their repeated unprofessional, uncommunicative actions. In total it’s been more than ** days since I don’t have my bike. In spite of giving such traumatic service they dared me to say that it will take * to ** days more rather than understanding the gravity of the situation. Generally, it takes max * to ** days for the vehicle to get repaired. But here it’s been more than * month and still I need to wait for bike for * to ** days. Their causality , negligence of management and handling, lack of communication, lack of customer service has been mental harassment and turning very costly to me. Why should I bear all this and why do I if I’m paying full and good amount for the service.
This is completely very unpleasant, unprofessional, traumatic customer service. What they have assumed the customer and what harassed customer service they are providing. I want to demand **k compensation against my sufferings, my quality and precious time loss, inconvenience plus now I want my bike fully repaired..within * days, including the parts that were not approved under insurance and I am sorry I can’t pay any amount against the billing after such pathetic service.
