Jawa service center (Kothari dealers)in Chennai denied to sell Air filter for my bike. They will sell only if I get it serviced from them so that they can earn money. It's a simple hack where I can unscrew the side box and install the air filter. Why should I pay them for their service. Moreover isn't there responsibility to sell spares for their product.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
