Jawa - Service not done

Recently, my vehicle got a problem of “Engine Oil Leakage in “Head Leakage”, Bore Kit Leakage & Oil Mist in both Silencers”
As a result, I handed over the vehicle on **-**-**** with a personal request on "Bright Auto Motives showroom", and on **-**-****, the vehicle was transported into the service station, where they requested the warranty and RC paperwork to begin the service on evening around **:** hours. On **-**-**** and RC, the identical documents are shared.
The service work has not yet begun despite the submission of the essential documentation.
On **-**-****, a complaint was filed with "Jawa, CLASSIC LEGENDS PVT LTD" via customer service with reference number "******C**********".
I've followed up with customer support and "Bright Automotive JAWA & YEZDI" Service Centre, Moosapeta, Hyderabad" on a regular basis, but I haven't heard anything regarding the vehicle service as of yet.
The vehicle having two years extended warranty and the same was valid up to **-**-****.
