Reliance Smart Bazaar - Unprofessional staff at the exit door

Had gone to the store at Bidhannagar area ,Kolkata and we were harassed by the security at the exit door for no apparent reason .We were made to step aside like thieves just because we were carrying a small cane of coke bought from another store .
The staff ( esp at the exit -a huge lady ) was very rude and unprofessional .And it happened for two consecutive days .
Kindly please look into the matter .The professionalism of the staff should be given an utmost priority .
