They have changed * mentors this academic and no proper communication is from the mentor side to help my ward or tell them about the upcoming exams even portions are not been informed. We don't have the current mentors number also even their customer service number is not functional. Sending them e-mails but no proper solution is given. My wards is getting effected with this kind of treatment. Now we don't know whom to approach. What all false promises they give the mentor will be available any time and now it's months since any mentor is available for doubt session. The quality of mentors changed also hardly can communicate in English. It's a fraud in the name of education.
