Dear [ODA Class Support],
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the services provided by ODA Class for ICSE students. Despite the financial commitment of ***** INR, the classes have not adhered to the ICSE syllabus, and there has been a lack of instruction during the first week, for which a refund was promised but not delivered.
I expected a comprehensive and reliable educational experience for the amount paid, but the current situation is far from satisfactory. I urge you to address these concerns promptly and ensure that the classes align with the promised syllabus. Additionally, I request a resolution regarding the promised refund for the missed classes during the first week.
I trust that ODA Class values its reputation and is committed to providing quality education to its students. I look forward to a swift resolution to this matter.
