My son took their * week class by paying Rs. **. We later decided to take their subscription for the whole year. But while processing for the EMIs the decision to choose the EMI was taken without my approval.
This thing annoyed me and the teacher changed the tone completely once I paid the amount for * months.
There policy is to place refund request within * days of paying the amount.
But I have been daily dropping an email to their support ID but no one is responding.
Their support number always says invalid.
Their whatsapp numbers won't take any responsibility.
ODA people are chasers,, manipulators, extortionists.
If you are thinking about getting your kids admitted there, then don't do these mistakes
