I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Oyo Room Bookings
The issue that I have experienced was: Hotel receptionist checked me out from hotel without my consent just to fill her feedback form positive. Second the rooms were very small as compared to the pictures shown on website.
I called oyo thrice but they always put my call on hold for ** mins.
They said I will get a call back from their ground team but hasn't received yet. Atlast I checked out from hotel.

Redund the money with apology letter.

Even after cancellation of booking. Money not refunded yet.
I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
I was denied check in at an oyo hotel after having a confirmed booking, I was told to pay extra to get a hotel room directly without a booking.
