The reason to write to you is that I am continuously mentally harassed by Vodafone executives in both over the call or over the email and as a result, I do not have any options except to writing to you.
Background Summary for your reference:-
My mobile number for which I have been charged approximately **,***. I have exchanged a couple of emails to raise the issue with the Vodafone service provider in terms of inaccurate billing and unjustified charges. However, the Vodafone support team is not able to understand my concern and pushing me to convince that the billing calculations are correct and do not require any correction. I have provided the evidence and proper explanation despite there responses are so immature and irresponsible.
Issues faced so far:-
*. My number has been inactivated despite being discussed and agreed that the number will not be inactivated with the customer care executive. I am not sure what else a customer has to do from his end to get uninterrupted service.
*. Despite an advance request for international roaming pack i.e. *,***, I have been charged for a daily basis plan i.e. *** per day. Evidence against the request has been shared and you can also check the recordings wherein the executives get my confirmation around the pack activation on **/**/**** on the very next day.
*. I have been charged for data services, for which I do not have any idea. I have only raised a request for international roaming to receive messages or calls. I believe this should be Vodafone responsibility to share the prior notifications like other roaming messages but in this case, I have not got any intimation or prior notification however after data usage received an SMS that you have used the data.
*. For an international call, I had a word with the executive to cross-check what are the charges applicable if I make an international call and by the time he/she said no charges it's all free however I have been charged **** for making the international call.
I have accommodated everything which I can and attached the evidence against the international roaming request. Please take the necessary action and get my issue sorted out. As per my calculation, I am expecting my bill to be around *,*** however I have been charged ***** which does not make any sense. Please assist.
