United India Insurance - United India Insurance Company Limited

I was working with Mindlance since (** Jan **** till ** Dec ****) and had a corporate insurance for me and my
spouse. My wife was ill and I admitted her to a hospital in bhopal (We were in bhopal at that time when she not well,
so admitted her in bhopal itself), Admitting date was ** Sep **** till ** Sep **** (* days). hospital was not linked
with insurance company so I paid the bills of amount RS **,***/-, and then I claim this amount to insurance
company with all the original documents and bills on Sep ** ****.
Still i didn&#**;t received any amount from insurance company and they are saying that they already paid to me. I am
continuously following up with them and they don&#**;t have any specific answer for it, and they said that they are
looking into this and will resolve asap.
I have attached all the email conversation in attachment. Please look into this case and take an appropriate action
for insurance company.
