I am writing this to complain about United India insurance policy no **********P*********, for an amount of *,**,*** Rs. I have applied for the post hospitalization expense claim in the month of February **** I have submitted all the required documents, but I have not received the insurance amount even after ** months. I have given written complaint to United India insurance Co and I have also called Medi assist TPA many a time and they keep telling that they need * more days every time I call.
I have also called IRDA many time and even they disconnect the call.
I request you to investigate this and help me get the insurance amount as soon as possible.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
