My vehicle met an accident back in september and I filed and completed my claim file on **th sept **** but till today **th Nov ****, I have not got my refund and when you call them, they just falsely commit that it would be processed. I jave called them more than ** times but they either don't pickup the call or give incorrect and calse information.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
