- Unfulfilled Khata Service Neglected Payments and Held Original Documents ^Open

I am writing to express dissatisfaction and frustration with the services provided by the NoBroker Legal Team concerning the Khata services promised and paid for. Despite my initial optimism and trust in your organization, I have been subjected to a nightmarish experience that has left me without recourse and unable to fulfill essential legal requirements.
I engaged the services of the NoBroker Legal Team with the expectation that my Khata services would be completed within a reasonable time frame of ** days, as was initially promised. Regrettably, my experience has been nothing short of a series of unending excuses and an utter lack of communication or accountability from your team. It has now been over six months, and my requests for an update on the status of my case have gone unanswered.

While I was encouraged by your team's proactive approach in the lead-up to securing my payment of Rs. **,***, the same enthusiasm and diligence have been conspicuously absent when it comes to delivering the services for which I contracted your organization. I find it deeply distressing that your dedicated relationship manager has failed to pick up calls or respond to emails, rendering the supposed customer support meaningless.

The pretext of a local election as an excuse for the delay has long since expired, and yet, I am left without any indication of progress or a resolution timeline. I have made repeated requests for a refund and my original documents returned, but these, too, have fallen on deaf ears. It appears that the escalation team at NoBroker is equally indifferent to my concerns, as there has been no discernible effort to address my grievances or provide a solution.

Most concerning of all is the fact that the NoBroker Legal Team is in possession of the original Khata document from the previous owner, which is essential for obtaining the new one. This not only delays the process but also raises serious questions about the handling and security of important legal documents. The lack of transparency, responsiveness, and accountability exhibited by your organization is inexcusable and deeply unprofessional.

This ordeal has caused me significant stress and inconvenience. I am unable transfer utilities like electricity and water into my name, and have even been advised by your lawyer to undertake tasks that I had entrusted to your team by paying a substantial fee. Such negligence is both unacceptable and unethical.

I am left with no choice but to inform you that if this matter is not promptly and satisfactorily resolved, I will be compelled to take further legal action against both the lawyer and the relationship manager involved. I believe that your organization has an obligation to fulfill the services I have paid for or provide a full refund, and I demand immediate attention to this matter.

I urge you to treat this complaint with the utmost seriousness and urgency it warrants. My patience has been stretched beyond its limits, and I am now seeking a swift and fair resolution to this issue. Please respond to with a concrete plan of action and timeframe to address my concerns and try not to ask for further extensions as you have gone well past the due date

Failure to do so will leave me with no choice but to explore all available legal avenues including criminal charges as original documents have been withheld, to seek justice in this matter.
