We had bought a Dell laptop battery on **th May, **** which has stopped working all of a sudden..we called the customer care several times complaining about the under warranty failure as one year will get completed on **th May ****, as per the invoice.
There has been no satisfactory response from their side, just torturing n harassing the customers..
