Whirlpool of India Ltd - Under Warranty AMC company not given service and refund from last one month

sir,
I was purchase AMC from whirlpool company for one year warrant plane on **.**.**, AS per AMC plane my machine all part cover in warranty except buddy part and AMC activate with in * day of purchase. After one month i am facing issue in my machine and loge complaint on **.**.** and technician visit next day at my home and found some issue in machine gearbox and for which he need to take machine at his workstation. after some day when i call to customer care than he provide me service center contact detail for update for my machine repairing status. i am continue contact with service center head my bharadwaj for update he regularly ask me we have send mail for approval due to major issue in your machine as we receive approval pickup you machine and repair. Now today approx. ** days pass i was send **+ mail and ***+ call but every one given different-different statement, some one ask me we will refund, someone asked me approval pending from senior department etc. I am totally helpless. Please support and take action against this company. why he sale AMC if not able to provide service to customers and why not repair money if money is taken in way of AMC. Also company not give and police and T&C.
