We purchased *.*kgs Whirlpool make washing machine through Amazon India on **.**.****. After installation it started giving problem of high vibrations while spinning. We made lot of complaints to Local Partner of whirlpool but all efforts failed. Then Whirlpool wrote us to pay Rs ***** more to get the replacement as our model is obsolete. We sent lot of mails and requests to resolve the issue. We tried settle the issue also but company is sticked to their offer and not resolving the issue. Every time they say matter is sent for approval. We are suffering due to non availability of washing machine . Now we do not want to compromise and want justice with cost through your Hon'ble Court.
