Whirlpool of India Ltd - Whirlpool is cheating with customer by asking them to install third party cheap parts to purifier

Dear Sir/ Madam,
Greetings of the day!!
I had bought a Whirlpool Purasense Water purifier last year. It worked well for *-* month. Then its one of solenoid valve failed because of constant water dripping from the tank due to faulty seal. I contacted whirlpool and got it replaced after many follow ups and months’ time.
It worked okay for few days and then purified water output reduced. I raised the issue with Whirlpool (beginning of Novermber****). Service engineer visited and asked me to change all * filter membranes. I agreed and asked them to bring all genuine membranes and install. After *-* weeks they installed all * membranes which cost me Rs.****.
Now the real problem began. Even after installing all new filter membranes, purification output did not improve. To fill up * litter tank it may take more than ** hours. I have not tired it as it will empty my overhead tank. I wrote lots and lots mail, calls etc. They arranged few visits; service engineer did all the examination but could not locate the problem. Then I escalated the issue to seniors. They said they will surely repair it and arranged one more visit, again those redundant checks. This time one more service engineer from Delhi was guiding local service engineer through the video call.
Now this is the main issue I would like to highlight here. After some time, local Senior executive called the service engineer and asked him to go and buy a NRV (non return valve) from local shop, install it and close the loop anyhow today. I heard everything as it was on speakerphone. Apparently, what they were trying to do is to reduce wastewater output with this NRV and in turn increase purified water output. Its completely forced approach and unethical practice. Soon after that local head called me too and informed me the same thing. I straight away declined as he was installing something which is not part of the product, *nd he was installing it from a local vendor. then he said "Sir, what you want?" I was shocked to see that brand like whirlpool does this kind of cheap workarounds at ground level. There are similar products available in market at half the price but we pay more to brands because of the quality and aftersales service. And here Whirlpool is being completely shameless, blunt and taking advantage of the customer.
I informed everything of this last visit to Whirlpool. Finally, they said "sir we will replace the product or give you the refund, but product is not in stock as of now. I said Okay give me refund as I was also not interested in replacing the low-quality product and again and fall into same trap. They agreed and told me it will take more than ** days and asked me to send some documents to proceed further.
I shared all the documents. They reverted saying it will take now more than ** days.
I have wasted so much of time & energy already. It’s been going on since November. Its older actually but I will count since the time I raised the issue. Now its * months already and whirlpool needs ** days more. God know if at all they will turn up after ** days. I mean there is no value to customer. The same company will not dare do such things in their home country USA as they will face huge penalty but take us Indians for granted. It’s such a casual approach.
I will conclude this shortly with * major concerns of mine
*) Why brand like Whirlpool was forcing me to install third party, not required, not genuine part to purifier? Its completely unethical & unprofessional behaviour.
*) Why it is taking so much of time to resolve the issue? It’s already two months’ time and whirlpool asking ** days more with no assurance. There is no value to customer. Such a casual approach. If while buying the purifier, I say I will do the payment after * months, will they (whirlpool) agree? Then how come companies take us for granted and does the things as per their whim.
What are my expectations
*) Need full refund of the product price I had paid (Rs. *****)
*) Need full refund of the filter membranes which I installed for Rs. **** but never utilised
*) Need full compensation for the water cans which I have been buying since the issue began. Its Rs. ** per can (** lit) per day. So the amount would be ***nos of days whirlpool took to resolve the issue.
I will try to provide all the bills, photos, mails, videos based on the capacity (MB) of this forum.
Moreover, there are some photos of measurements which shows the ineffectiveness of filter. So whatever little water it is purifying right now is also not as per the standard.
Please help me resolve the issue. Also let me know if you need any further info from my side.
