- Unacceptable Service and Product Failure Open

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with both the product and the service provided by Hitachi authorized center, following my experience with the AC unit (model no. RSFG***HED*) which I have been using since ****. Until recently, the unit functioned without issue; however, it has abruptly ceased to cool, leading to a series of futile interactions with your support network.
Initially, I reported the problem to hitachi authorized service center, Esmart Kannur, where I was informed that the issue was due to insufficient refrigerant. Although they refilled the gas, the cooling failure recurred shortly thereafter. When I sought further assistance (req. ***********), the technicians promised to return with the necessary equipment to rectify the issue but failed to follow through and have since become unresponsive.
In an attempt to resolve these recurring failures, I lodged a service request via hitachi website (req ***********). Once again, a technician was assigned – yet, predictably, this individual neither appeared nor responded to my calls. It has now been over ** days without any resolution or meaningful communication from their side.
The level of incompetence and neglect displayed by the service team is not only frustrating but also unacceptable for a customer relying on what is considered a reputable brand.
