I am using SRide carpool app. I have been offering carpool when i drive to office and back to home. I have *** INR in my account which i received as part of this. I am trying to transfer the amount in my bank account and it is not happening. I have sent email to sRide support team but haven't received any resolution yet. Also they are now limiting transfer above **** INR. What is reason of this? They just want to hold money with them to use elsewhere. They should allow any amount transfer. kindly help
